Technical Advisory Committee (TAC): The CCSCoE leverages a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) comprising members from local, state, Tribal representatives, national organizations (e.g., ASCE, WEF, SWEMA, etc.), Pacific Northwest, Midwest and New England cold climate USA states, and Canada (bonus!).
